I pulled the muscles deep in my shoulder closing the hatch on my car with an armful of heavy groceries...it is still terribly painful even 2 months later and after 4 sessions of physical therapy.

SATURDAY 9 Meme: Don't Talk to Strangers
Saturday 9: Don't Talk to Strangers
1. Has talking to a stranger ever caused you a problem?
At a party I thought I was being a friendly guest when a turbaned Indian man sat next to me at our table. While I was just chatting away about how I liked the TV show "Outsourced", he looked uncomfortable and when I turned to speak with Bud, this man got up and moved to another table.
2. Have you ever gloated or wanted to brag over success?
Of course!
3. What do enjoy most about your life?
I look forward to every day. Once Bud is up (crack O' noon) on the weekend, it is nice to be with him. I still enjoy sitting on the deck with a drink listening to the birds in the woods, one of the best times of the day...except when moisquitoes come calling...
4. Do you ever over think a situation in your life?
When there is a confrontation or if someone ignores me...touch of co-dependent in there...
5. Tell us about your best friend.
I'll be marrying him in October...
6. How important is intelligence when picking (or having picked) a mate to you?
I cannot hang out with stoopid people. They annoy the crappe outta me.
7. What's the closest situation that you've had to dealing with an enemy?
You are assuming I HAVE enemies?
8. What was the circumstance that led to your most recent utterance of aha!?
A friend sent me some vintage cameras and told me to sell them and that would be my wedding gift....two days later, she sends a FB message telling me she is only around $600 away from affording a new walking device... (she has MS).
9. Have you ever tried getting even?
In odd little ways. Recently threw a vendor credit department person under the bus for an error she made on one of our bills. This after she attempted to throw ME under the bus for past invoices that she didn't realise I handled correctly . Bookkeeping revenge...exciting, no?

Hmmm...lassooo a cliff and risk my life to get to the top of a mountainous rock? No thanks. Almost as much a waste of time as sitting out in the sun sleeping.

I do now...
123. As a kid did you ever sneak anyone into your house?
There was no sneaking anything in my house as a kid. My mother was a watchdog and she slept in the livingroom. My room was on the 2nd floor and no access other than going thru the livingroom.

Possibly. A war veteran from VietNam era...He is in an apartment now, but not in great emotional shape. A relative of mine...I worry about him.

Yep. I believe there can be life on other planets similar to ours and a whole lot more. MEN IN BLACK seems very real to me. : )

In Hindu beliefs, people can return as a lower form of life such as a rock or insect...so ya in that case...no human killing though...Do broken hearts count?

A drop of about 50 IQ points...

Loaded...I'm at the top of richness in that I have a man who loves me, a good job, a new car and a new house. I'm at the bottom financially from poor spending habits and not counting on the $475 tax bill I just got for my car...so both...I'm not going to the sexual arean with this answer...

Yes. It's busy and diverse enough to keep me interested, but could probably pay a little more, given the company has grown so much in the year I have been there.

Online places like Overstock, Amazon and magazine ordering from Soft Surroundings and Boston Proper. I'm not a mall rat.

Blue usually, but a little bloodshot this morning from the alcohol last night...

Uugh, neither. I used to be a good softball player and great at badmitton and volleyball. I tend to just watch halftime shows and olympic opening ceremonies for "sports". Sports are so boring to me. Scores and the same activity over and over. How dull.

Sure...am thinking about getting a face lift at 60...coming up in 6 years...

I check e-mail and facebook daily. I read BERKSHIRE DAILY each morning online.

Over 15...but I'm 54...been dating and in relationships a long time...
103. What causes you to you admire people?
I admire people who do things well. That means a breakfast cook making omelettes, a landscaper weeding, a teacher, the guy who cuts wood at home depot, Bud creating his memes...any job done well impresses me.

I've done better...a 24 TV show all 24 hours of a day-er...watched each of the 24 episodes in order from start to finish. No way could a human have done what Jack Bauer did.

A day off where I can work on my books, photos and music projects...and any day with Bud...

When we had company a couple weeks ago. Bud got me a maid to deep clean the bathrooms and kitchen once a month, but I touch up the place between.

No, but I did "flunk out" of the Army as my father claims. I hated being in the military and I got out before my 3 year hitch.

I met many folks online. Men and friends. I remember when I had major surgery, a lady who had a similar surgery that I was writing back and forth with online, came to see me in the hospital. I was touched by the act of kindness.

Yaaaaaa...but not now.

I have dated a musician, a director and a music director for films...none of them stick in my mind as special...as people, celebrities live unusual lives. Not what I would want to be part of.

I love traveling, especially in Europe. It rounds you out as a person to experience other countries. I'd recommend it to everyone.
